Shipping
United States Shipping
Yes! We ship to the United States by USPS and UPS. Orders will be shipped through a shipping partner, and may incur extra handling time.
To estimate shipping cost/times: add the products to your cart, then click "Checkout" and enter your shipping details.
International Shipping
While we do ship internationally, shipping methods may be limited.

Delivery times will be displayed after entering your shipping information at checkout.
If your order includes a product that is backordered, your order will ship all in one package. If you wish to receive a part of your order separately, please place a separate order.
International and United States orders will sometimes require a few extra days of handling time.

Orders over $199 within Canada are eligible for free shipping. Exceptions apply.
For most domestic orders we ship via Canada Post. Irregular or oversized orders may ship with a courier.
Most international (including US) orders will be shipped via a shipping partner. These orders are usually fulfilled by your local post office.

Returns
Eligible items in saleable condition can be returned or exchanged within 15 days.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on special orders/non-stock items, discontinued or clearance items, software, books, CD's, clothing, opened or used strings, internal earphones, harmonicas, drum heads, or sticks, bulbs, or tapes.
Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange a product.
While we do not offer a store warranty, many of our products include manufacturer's warranties. Please consult with the product's manufacturer or contact us for more details.
All Harmonicas (Hohner, Lee Oskar, Seydel, Suzuki) are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and in tune at the time of purchase. Any instrument found to contain manufacturing defects or other noticeable imperfections at the time of purchase will be, at the manufacturer's option, repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer. Please take note, however, that harmonicas are not warranted against usage, accidental damages, negligence or tampering.
